La 'Pietra Blu' a Ophovenderheide costituisce il confine tra Wijshagen, Gruitrode e Opglabbeek. Nella lingua popolare, questo pietra angolare è conosciuta come il 'Punto dei Tre Villaggi'.
Questa pietra simboleggia la fine della concessione mineraria sotterranea delle Miniere di Carbone di Kempen: la miniera di Zwartberg si trova a pochi chilometri. Nelle vicinanze della Pietra Blu si trovano inoltre i laghetti Turfven e Zwartven.
