In pochi anni Het Laar avrà il suo restyling. I piani per la riqualificazione della superficie di cemento sono sulla tavola da anni e sono stati anche tolti dalla tavola altrettante volte. Ma ora il distretto di Borgerhout ha fissato un importo e una data. Nel 2024 inizieranno i lavori per una nuova piazza con più verde.
