Il Abroxmolen è probabilmente il luogo di nascita di Jan van Abroek (1440-1510), riformatore dell'Ordine del Santo Sepolcro. Nel 1775 c'è un riferimento al mulino come mulino per oli. Dal 1910, dopo un'intera ricostruzione, è diventato un mulino a turbina. Il lavoro del mulino è datato al 1894. Da quel momento viene macinato solo grano.
