Le Cascate Takakkaw nel Parco Nazionale Yoho sono spettacolari e decisamente da visitare. La cascata è visibile dalla Yoho Valley Road (non sempre aperta!) e in particolare l'"acqua che salta" su una piattaforma naturale la rende impressionante. Altezza totale: 384 metri. La caduta libera d'acqua più lunga: 254 metri. (Numeri wikipedia 2012.) Le cascate Takakkaw sono al secondo posto nel Canada occidentale in termini di altezza.
