Kirchwistedt è una località nel comune unificato di Beverstedt nel distretto di Cuxhaven, in Bassa Sassonia. È la località meno densamente popolata nel comune ed è fortemente orientata all'agricoltura e alla silvicoltura.
Il luogo fu menzionato per la prima volta nel 1340 come Wicstede. Intorno al 1420 emerse il vecchio nome del luogo Wichstede. La fondazione della chiesa avvenne nel XIII secolo. Attraverso la chiesa, il nome si ampliò a Kirchwistedt.
