L'Elsach è un affluente destro lungo circa 5 km dell'Erms centrale nell'Alb Schwabense in Baden-Württemberg.
Le sorgenti dell'Elsach si trovano a sud-ovest di Grabenstetten. Esse sgorgano come sorgenti carsiche dal sistema della grotta di Falkensteiner. Solo in caso di forti precipitazioni e di un corrispondente alto livello dell'acqua carsica, così come in inverno nevoso, oggi il portale della grotta è la sorgente superiore dell'Elsach. La maggior parte dell'acqua scorre per la maggior parte dell'anno in altri luoghi che sono ancora collegati alla grotta d'acqua di Falkensteiner.
