Il giacimento minerario di Humboldt era una miniera di lignite con annessa fabbrica di bricchette presso Wallensen, nella regione Weser-Leine-Bergland nel sud della Bassa Sassonia.
La miniera si trovava nella Weenzerbruch presso Haidkopf, tra i luoghi di Wallensen e Thüste a ovest e il villaggio di Duingen e le sue frazioni Weenzen e Fölziehausen a est.
