Il Pfaffenstein, in passato noto anche come Jungfernstein, è un tavolato alto 434,6 m s.l.m. nel massiccio del Elbsandstein in Sassonia. Si trova sulla sinistra dell'Elba presso Königstein e viene chiamato anche "Svizzera sassone in miniatura" a causa della sua struttura variegata.
La montagna frastagliata, attraversata da numerose grotte, presenta tracce di insediamenti risalenti all'età della pietra e dell'età del bronzo e, a causa della sua difficile accessibilità, è stata spesso utilizzata come rifugio nei tempi di crisi. Dalla metà del XIX secolo, il Pfaffenstein è stato sfruttato a fini turistici. Sulla montagna si trovano una locanda, una torre panoramica, vari punti di osservazione e alcune altre attrazioni.
