Si trova al Südring e doveva proteggere il vulnerabile angolo sud-ovest. È la più antica delle costruzioni dei nobili di Horstmar. Il nome deriva dai primi proprietari, i signori di Borchorst. Come per le altre corti, anche qui lungo la strada si trova un alto muro per tutta la lunghezza della proprietà. L'ingresso è costituito da due pilastri di pietra con vasi. La casa principale, modificata poco prima del 1800, è interessante per i suoi frontoni.
Provengono ancora dalla costruzione originale. Troviamo frontoni molto alti in mattoni senza gli angoli in arenaria di solito comuni. I singoli gradini portano ai lati dei basamenti disposti in diagonale. I più prossimi parenti di queste forme di frontone antiche si trovano al Castello di Herten presso Recklinghausen.
