Hornow, in sorabo inferiore Lěšće, è una frazione della città di Spremberg nel sud del distretto brandeburghese di Spree-Neiße. Dal 31 dicembre 2001 al 1 gennaio 2016, Hornow ha formato insieme al vicino abitato di Wadelsdorf il comune di Hornow-Wadelsdorf.
Hornow si trova nella Bassa Lusazia circa 25 chilometri a sud-est di Cottbus e 14 chilometri a nord-est del centro di Spremberg nell'area abitata riconosciuta dei Sorabi/Wendi. I luoghi vicini sono Drieschnitz-Vorwerk e Trebendorf a nord, Bohsdorf-Vorwerk a nord-est, Bohsdorf a est, Klein Loitz e Wadelsdorf a sud, Bagenz a ovest e Drieschnitz-Kahsel a nord. A Hornow appartiene il sito abitato di Hornow-Vorwerk.
