Hornow, Neder-Sorbisch Lěšće, is een wijk van de stad Spremberg in het zuiden van de Brandenburgse Landkreis Spree-Neiße. Van 31 december 2001 tot 1 januari 2016 vormde Hornow samen met de naburige plaats Wadelsdorf de gemeente Hornow-Wadelsdorf.
Hornow ligt in de Neder-Lausitz, ongeveer 25 kilometer ten zuidoosten van Cottbus en 14 kilometer ten noordoosten van de kernstad Spremberg, in het erkende woongebied van de Sorben/Wenden. Naburige plaatsen zijn Drieschnitz-Vorwerk en Trebendorf in het noorden, Bohsdorf-Vorwerk in het noordoosten, Bohsdorf in het oosten, Klein Loitz en Wadelsdorf in het zuiden, Bagenz in het westen, en Drieschnitz-Kahsel in het noorden. Bij Hornow hoort de woonplaats Hornow-Vorwerk.
