La doppia chiusa Magdeburg Neustadt è una struttura di chiusura incompleta nella città di Magdeburg, in Sassonia-Anhalt.
A est del porto industriale di Magdeburg e a ovest dell'Elba si trova l'opera di chiusura nel canale di chiusura tra il chilometro 1,8 e 2,2. La chiusa è stata costruita in relazione a una pianificata diga sul fiume Elba a livello del parco Herrenkrug. La diga era prevista per consentire la navigazione anche con livelli d'acqua bassi dell'Elba attraverso il masso della cattedrale e il tratto urbano di Magdeburg. A causa della seconda guerra mondiale e della successiva abbandono dei piani, la costruzione della diga non è mai stata realizzata.
