De dubbele sluis Magdeburg Neustadt is een onvoltooid sluizenbouwproject in de stad Magdeburg in Saksen-Anhalt.
Oostelijk van de industriehaven van Magdeburg, respectievelijk westelijk van de Elbe, bevindt het sluizencomplex zich in het sluiskanaal tussen kilometer 1,8 en 2,2. De sluis werd gebouwd in het kader van een geplande Elbe-stuw bij het Herrenkrugpark. De stuw was gepland om ook bij een laag waterniveau van de Elbe de scheepvaart over de Domrots en het stadstraject Magdeburg mogelijk te maken. Vanwege de Tweede Wereldoorlog en het daaropvolgende afzien van de plannen is de bouw van de stuw nooit gerealiseerd.
