Bitze è una frazione del comune di Eitorf nel distretto di Rhein-Sieg, nella Renania settentrionale-Vestfalia. Il nome del luogo significa in dialetto "prato di frutta".
A Bitze appartengono le precedenti frazioni di Sterzenbach e Forst. Forst era il luogo d'origine, che come il suo opposto Forstmehren fungeva da punto di confine presso la foresta reale di Leuscheid. Secondo le tradizioni, qui in passato ci sarebbe stata anche una fortezza, almeno una casa fortificata, da cui veniva controllato il passaggio verso il territorio dominato dai Signori di Sayn. Un corrispondente fondamento era stato precedentemente scoperto, una denominazione stradale "Zur alten Burg" ricorda la tradizione. Ormai da tempo la frazione non è più il comune più a sud-est, ma la frazione di Rodder, che fa riferimento a un disboscamento nella foresta.
