Il monastero Alexianer di Aquisgrana è la casa madre della comunità religiosa dei Fratelli Alexianer situata in Alexianergraben ad Aquisgrana, la cui prima menzione documentaria risale all'anno 1391. L'attuale complesso edilizio consiste nell'edificio del convento con la chiesa di San Alessio e nei corpi di fabbrica sul retro dell'adiacente ospedale Alexianer. L'edificio Clemens con la chiesa è stato ricostruito nel 1929 secondo i progetti dell'architetto di Düsseldorf Wilhelm Pauen e nel 1980 è stato posto sotto tutela monumentale.
