Il Mulino di Albolafia, noto anche come Ruota di Albolafia , è un mulino ad acqua sulla riva destra del Guadalquivir, vicino al ponte romano.
Le sue origini risalgono all'Impero Romano, con i primi riferimenti scritti risalenti all'VIII secolo , anche se il suo aspetto attuale è il risultato di un restauro del IX secolo ad opera di Abderramán II.
Inizialmente serviva per fornire acqua di irrigazione agli orti dell'Alcazar , ma in seguito divenne mulino e gualchiere.
Nel 1492, mentre soggiornava nell'Alcazar, Isabella la Cattolica ordinò lo smantellamento della ruota idraulica perché non ne sopportava il rumore .
