Chamonix-Mont-Blanc è un comune francese di 9 378 abitanti situato nel dipartimento dell'Alta Savoia della regione dell'Alvernia-Rodano-Alpi. Grande stazione sciistica conosciuta in tutto il mondo, la città ha ottenuto nel 2015 il titolo Città alpina dell'anno, ed è collegata al comune di Courmayeur , in Italia attraverso il traforo del Monte Bianco e quindi all'autostrada A5 per Torino.
