Situato all'ingresso nord del centro di Pau, non lontano dal Parc des Expositions, il Parc Lawrance ospita alberi secolari come i cedri dell'Atlante e del Libano, prati, un'area giochi e una giostra per bambini.
La villa fiammingo-tedesca Lawrance (da cui il parco prende il nome) fu costruita dalla famiglia Schlumberger nel 1855. Nel 1893 divenne proprietà della famiglia Lawrance, già lussuosamente insediata in città, presso l'attuale sede della Banque de France. Acquistato dalla città di Pau, ospitò per molti anni la Presidenza dell'Università. Dal 2002 ospita le collezioni del Cercle Anglais.
Pau è una delle città più fiorite di Francia e da molti anni viene premiata con i "4 fiori".
