La cattedrale, gioiello della città classificato Monumento Storico, è il punto di raccolta della popolazione fin dal V secolo. L'attuale cattedrale, costruita a partire dal 1230 sulla base dei monumenti precedenti, ha subito, con importanti distruzioni, due catastrofi principali: le guerre di religione e la rivoluzione del 1789 che hanno lasciato tracce profonde. La cattedrale è stata dichiarata patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO nell'ambito dei Cammini di Santiago di Compostela dal 1998. Giardino del Capitolo con scavi archeologici.
