The cathedral, a jewel of the city classified as a Historical Monument, has been the meeting point for the population since the 5th century. The current cathedral, built from 1230 on the basis of earlier monuments, has undergone two major cataclysms, with significant destruction: the Wars of Religion and the Revolution of 1789, which left deep marks. The cathedral has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site as part of the Camino de Santiago since 1998. Chapter Garden with archaeological excavations.
