Destinato ad accogliere bambini con salute fragile e di condizioni modeste, questo edificio è stato costruito nel 1913, su impulso di Madame Wallerstein. Questo luogo di accoglienza, situato sulla spiaggia, si apre anche sul bacino attraverso una galleria soleggiata, composta da lettini. Sono stati gli architetti Charles Duval ed Emmanuel Gonse a costruire questi edifici. La sala da pranzo è decorata con magnifici affreschi del pittore Henri Marret. È nel 1971 che l'Aérium chiude le sue porte, dopo aver accolto 3000 bambini.
