La scuola di tartufo di Montpezat-d'Agenais offre ai visitatori un percorso di scoperta intorno a un piccolo appezzamento di piante da tartufo ai piedi del sito del mulino. Il sito, dotato di pannelli didattici, permette ai visitatori di scoprire questo prodotto la cui nobiltà culinaria è ben nota. L'identità del tartufo si colloca a metà strada tra il mondo vegetale e quello animale; particolarmente interessante è il percorso di scoperta del tartufo. I visitatori dovranno essere geologi, climatologi, biologi, storici e infine coltivatori di tartufi.
