El sitio ofrece una hermosa vista panorámica del valle del Lot. Descubrirá la fabulosa historia de la trufa a través de diversos materiales didácticos y representaciones iconográficas.
La escuela de la trufa de Montpezat-d'Agenais propone a los visitantes un recorrido de descubrimiento en torno a una pequeña parcela de plantas truferas al pie del molino. El sitio, equipado con paneles didácticos, permite a los visitantes descubrir este producto cuya nobleza culinaria es bien conocida. La identidad de la trufa está a medio camino entre el mundo vegetal y el animal; el recorrido en torno al descubrimiento de la trufa es especialmente interesante. Los visitantes tendrán que ser geólogos, climatólogos, biólogos, historiadores y, finalmente, truficultores.
