Het terrein biedt een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op de vallei van de Lot. U ontdekt de fabelachtige geschiedenis van de truffel aan de hand van verschillende educatieve materialen en iconografische voorstellingen.
De truffelboerderij van Montpezat-d'Agenais biedt bezoekers een ontdekkingsroute rond een klein perceel truffelplanten aan de voet van de molen. De site, voorzien van educatieve panelen, laat de bezoeker kennismaken met dit product waarvan de culinaire adel bekend is. De identiteit van de truffel bevindt zich halverwege de plantenwereld en de dierenwereld; de route rond de ontdekking van de truffel is bijzonder interessant. De bezoeker moet geoloog, klimatoloog, bioloog, historicus en tenslotte truffelteler zijn.
