Der Standort bietet einen sehr schönen Panoramablick auf das Tal des Lot. Anhand der verschiedenen pädagogischen Materialien und der ikonografischen Darstellungen entdecken Sie die fabelhafte Geschichte der Trüffel.
Die Trüffelschule von Montpezat-d'Agenais bietet den Besuchern einen Entdeckungsparcours rund um eine kleine Parzelle mit Trüffelpflanzen am Fuße des Mühlengeländes. Der mit didaktischen Tafeln ausgestattete Standort ermöglicht es, dieses Produkt zu entdecken, dessen kulinarischer Adel nicht mehr zu übersehen ist. Die Identität des Trüffels liegt zwischen der Pflanzen- und der Tierwelt; der Rundgang um die Entdeckung des Trüffels ist besonders interessant. Die Besucher müssen abwechselnd Geologe, Klimatologe, Biologe, Historiker und schließlich Trüffelzüchter sein.
