La Maison Luc è una grande dimora, di impianto classico, costruita da Jacques-René Hermant per Victor Luc, uno dei fratelli Luc, che gestiva una conceria e una fabbrica di estratti di tannino
Nel 1900, i due fratelli acquistarono due appezzamenti di terreno adiacenti per costruire le proprie case: rimane solo la casa di Victor Luc.
Gentil-Bourdet, eminente ceramista, ha creato una straordinaria scala in pietra arenaria fiammata, unica nell'architettura Art Nouveau di Nancy. Inoltre, Jacques Gruber fornì un magnifico tetto di vetro, il "Paysage des Vosges", e Louis Majorelle i caminetti dei saloni.
