La Madonna domina silenziosa la cima del Langenberg. Questa statua, alta 1,5 m, fu eretta nel 1866. Protetto dalla foresta, è sopravvissuto al tempo e alle guerre. Secondo la leggenda, l'autore di questo monumento fu una guardia forestale, in riconoscimento del Santo che gli indicò la strada quando si era perso nella nebbia di questa foresta. "Silvae ac in illa orantibus Maria benedicat" inciso sulla base significa "Che Maria benedica questa foresta e tutti coloro che vengono a pregare qui".
