Christian Fournié è uno specialista di un tipo di vetro antico dimenticato, il vetro mussola, ed è uno degli unici vetrai in Francia a tracciare la storia di questo tipo di vetro per finestre e a riprodurlo il più fedelmente possibile. Incide motivi delicati e li conserva nel suo laboratorio di Beaufort per essere utilizzati da privati, architetti e professionisti della conservazione del patrimonio.
Christian Fournié è un maestro artigiano. Fondato nel 1997, il suo laboratorio si occupa anche di decorazione d'interni, architettura, segnaletica e comunicazione di eventi tramite oggetti.
Oggi apre regolarmente il suo laboratorio al pubblico, per condividere e scoprire il suo mestiere.
