La Maison du Foie Gras, LE HECH Traiteur " Meilleur Ouvrier de France " si trova ad ARNAC-POMPADOUR, nel cuore della città dei cavalli. Tutti i nostri prodotti artigianali sono realizzati nel rispetto della qualità e della tradizione. I foies gras d'oca e d'anatra che hanno fatto la nostra reputazione sono proposti in un'ampia gamma di presentazioni.
Un'ampia scelta di carni suine cotte e conservate, confit, funghi porcini e castagne sono solo alcuni dei prodotti offerti.
Il boudin con castagne e la sfoglia di mele con boudin sono diventati delle star sugli scaffali. Una creazione esclusiva della Casa: la Tourte POMPADOUR è apprezzata dai buongustai che l'hanno resa famosa. Le carni macellate che vendiamo provengono da animali allevati in modo tradizionale nel Pays de Pompadour.
