Azienda specializzata in gelati artigianali con prodotti eccellenti e prevalentemente locali dal 2016. Gelati classici al cioccolato Valrhona o al pistacchio di Bronte e gusti originali, come la torta basca o la crema di castagne al rum. I sorbetti sono a tutto frutto e di stagione.
I plus della casa: premio Gault & Millau per il miglior gelato alla vaniglia in Francia nel 2019.
