Empresa especializada en helados artesanales con excelentes productos, en su mayoría locales, desde 2016. Helados clásicos de chocolate Valrhona o pistacho Bronte y sabores originales, como pastel vasco o crema de castañas al ron. Los sorbetes son de fruta entera y de temporada.
Los puntos a favor de la casa: premio Gault & Millau al mejor helado de vainilla de Francia en 2019.
