In primo luogo, i loro caffè verdi stagionali provengono sempre da piantagioni accuratamente selezionate da Florian, il torrefattore, in base a rigorosi criteri di raccolta e lavorazione e a impegni ambientali e sociali che gli stanno a cuore. E poi, naturalmente, è ad Anglet, nei Paesi Baschi, che tutti i vostri caffè vengono tostati ogni giorno. Ogni fagiolo ha la sua ricetta e ogni cliente ha il suo tipo di fagiolo. È qui che risiede il know-how del torrefattore artigianale.
Per accompagnare il caffè, il menu offre deliziosi dolcetti fatti in casa! Cambiano a seconda dei desideri del pasticcere! Menzione speciale per il Cinnamon roll. Anche coloro che preferiscono il tè troveranno la loro felicità! Anche il Chai Tea fatto in casa riscuote grande successo.
