Il piccolo villaggio di Aubertin si trova a ovest di Pau, a 15 km sulle colline.
La vista è bellissima sui pendii dei vigneti e sui Pirenei. La strada tortuosa, chiamata "route des Pyrénées", offre una lunga passeggiata con vista sulle montagne lungo tutto il percorso. È qui, sotto gli alberi di un piccolo bosco, che si trovano i tavoli da picnic, all'incrocio di questa strada con un sentiero "pépic". L'ambiente è piacevole e tranquillo.
