Presentate alla rinfusa come nei mercati tradizionali, i colori e i sapori delle spezie invitano ciascuno di noi a immaginare nuove ricette o a esplorare nuovi territori attraverso piatti tradizionali conosciuti in tutto il mondo: datteri, curry, tajine, rougail, brodi thailandesi, wok, tandooris... Vi invitiamo a scoprire una tavolozza aromatica composta da 130 referenze: spezie, erbe, peperoni, sali, zuccheri e miscele di spezie fatte in casa, tutte provenienti dai raccolti dell'anno, senza OGM e non ionizzate.
