La chiesa fortificata di Saint-Médard de Prisces risale al XII secolo (navata e coro). Inizialmente costruita in pietra bianca, fu dotata di un imponente torrione quadrato in mattoni rossi e smaltati nel XVI secolo. Alcuni cornicioni sono decorati con modiglioni (figure umane e teste di animali). Il torrione, il più alto di Thiérache, è alto 27 metri, l'equivalente di un edificio di 6 piani. La chiesa è attualmente chiusa al pubblico, nell'ambito di lavori di restauro che dureranno fino al 2027.
A pochi metri sotto la chiesa, non perdete il lavatoio del villaggio.
