Il Fonds régional d'art contemporain Grand Large - Hauts-de-France (Frac Grand Large - Hauts-de-France) è una collezione pubblica regionale di arte contemporanea .
Fu fondato nel 1982 con il nome di Fonds régional d'art contemporain du Nord-Pas-de-Calais e assunse l'attuale nome nel 2017, in seguito alla fusione della Piccardia e del Nord-Pas-de-Calais, avvenuta il 1° gennaio 2016.
Inizialmente ubicato in Square Morisson a Lille, il fondo regionale si è trasferito nell'ex ospedale di Avenue Rosendaël a Dunkerque nel settembre 19963. Nel novembre 2013, il FRAC si è trasferito in un nuovo edificio nel quartiere Grand-Large (Dunkerque-Centre).
Il FRAC ospita opere d'arte e design dagli anni '60 a oggi. La collezione comprende più di 1.800 opere , raggruppate attorno a un nucleo iniziale dedicato all'Arte Povera, alla Minimal Art, all'Arte Concettuale, alle mitologie individuali, alla Pop Art e al Fluxus, con un sezione speciale dedicata al design che testimonia il melting pot internazionale delle sue fonti.
