La diocesi di San Marino-Montefeltro è una sede della Chiesa cattolica suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Ravenna-Cervia appartenente alla regione ecclesiastica Emilia-Romagna. Nel 2017 contava 60.253 battezzati su 66.110 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Andrea Turazzi.
Oltre a tutto il territorio sammarinese, la diocesi comprende l'Alta Valmarecchia e la frazione di Pieve Corena in provincia di Rimini , la Val Foglia e la Val Conca in provincia di Pesaro e Urbino .
