Il cimitero austro-ungarico di Verona è un cimitero di guerra che si trova nella periferia di Verona, vicino alla strada che conduce a Trento.
Il cimitero nacque nel 1851, quando l'amministrazione del Regno Lombardo-Veneto decise di creare un luogo di sepoltura per il personale sia militare che civile al suo servizio nella provincia di Verona.
In quel periodo la guarnigione superava le 20.000 unità, in una città che contava circa 60.000 abitanti, e che stava diventando la capitale militare del Regno con il sorgere di nuove strutture militari e con i forti del Quadrilatero.
Fu individuato un luogo allora in aperta campagna, lontano dalla cerchia delle mura e vicino a uno dei forti esterni, forte San Procolo, in territorio allora del comune del Chievo .
