Il Municipio di Termini Imerese, noto come "Palazzo Comunale" in italiano, è il centro amministrativo della città.
Forma un duo con il Duomo nel cuore di Termini Superiori. Detto anche Palazzo della Pretura, l'edificio che oggi ospita il Municipio era l' ex sede del senato cittadino .
Fu costruito tra la fine del XVI e l'inizio del XVII secolo su un altopiano dove un tempo sorgeva il foro romano . E' uno scrigno straordinario e al suo interno c'era anche un piccolo teatro dove venivano allestite scene di vario genere.
Da non perdere la visita all'ex sala consiliare, la cosiddetta 'Cammara Picta', che custodisce un prezioso ciclo di affreschi realizzati nel 1610 dal termitaio e architetto Vincenzo La Barbera, raffiguranti episodi storici dell'antica Imera e delle Terme di Himerenses .
