La "Ciclabile delle Dolomiti" è una lunga pista ciclabile realizzata a seguito di un progetto della comunità montana Centro Cadore e finanziata con i piani europei di collaborazione transfrontaliera tra Italia e Austria. Segue in parte il tracciato della linea ferroviaria Calalzo di Cadore-Dobbiaco, abbandonata nel tratto Cortina d'Ampezzo-Dobbiaco nel 1962 e nel tratto Calalzo-Cortina nel 1964. La pista ciclabile segue principalmente la Ferrovia delle Dolomiti ad eccezione di alcuni brevi tratti dove la linea correva parallela alla strada (come da San Vito di Cadore a Zuel) o vicino all'ex stazione ferroviaria di Landro. Il percorso segue i confini di due parchi naturali (il parco naturale delle Tre Cime e il parco naturale Fanes - Sennes e Braies). Nel tratto Dobbiaco-Cortina il percorso viene utilizzato come pista da sci di fondo durante l'inverno.
