La Sint-Jan si trova all'angolo tra la Parade e la Torenstraat, dove si trova l'ingresso principale, e impressiona per le sue dimensioni e la ricchezza di sculture. Originariamente costruita come chiesa parrocchiale, la Sint-Jan venne elevata a chiesa capitolare nel 1366 e nel 1559 a cattedrale del nuovo Diocesi di 's-Hertogenbosch.
