Il Lexkesveer è il servizio di traghetto tra Wageningen e Randwijk sul Nederrijn. Il servizio esisteva già nel Medioevo. Considerando che sul lato nord dal traghetto parte un percorso preistorico lungo il versante della Veluwe verso nord, si può dedurre che al Lexkesveer esistesse probabilmente un guado della river in tempi antichi. Prima della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, al lato di Wageningen c'erano anche un hotel e una piscina. Inoltre, su quel lato si trova ancora il vecchio edificio del traghetto.
