La chiesa di Zandeweer è un edificio ecclesiastico medievale nel villaggio groninger di Zandeweer. La chiesa risale all'inizio del tredicesimo secolo. Il campanile indipendente è stato costruito nel quindicesimo secolo e contiene due campane del 1467. La chiesa è stata probabilmente costruita da monaci dell'Abbazia di Aduard, ma è più probabile che sia stata costruita da monaci del Monastero Bloemhof a Wittewierum.
