Sinds 1983 doet de oude pastorie van Sint-Baafs-Vijve dienst als cultureel centrum. Je kan er in een prachtig kader regelmatig wisselende tentoonstellingen gaan bekijken. De bovenverdieping is gewijd aan André Demedts (1906-1992), naar wie het huis ook is genoemd: je leert er alles over leven en werk van de bekende schrijver en cultuurpromotor.
In de zomer kan je ook iets drinken op het gezellige terras.
