Hij maakt chocolade voor Albert Adria, Alex Atala, Rene Redzepi, Gert de Mangeleer, Heston Blumenthal en The Rolling Stones. 20 jaar geleden zetten Dominique en Fabienne hun eerste stappen in de wereld van chocolade. Vandaag wordt The Chocolate Line wereldwijd geëerd als "de nummer 1 in de wereld". Dominique leeft volgens zijn motto "volg je dromen", en zo gaat het verhaal verder.
