1.'Waasmunster in Brons' van Jozef Van Acker – 1998 – Vierschaar
De vier beeldengroepen zijn gemaakt in opdracht van het Gemeentebestuur n.a.v. de heraanleg van de Vierschaar. Ze verwijzen naar (1) de geboorte van de gemeente als bakermat van het Waasland, (2) de sport en recreatie, (3) cultuur en kunst en (4) de handel en nijverheid in onze gemeente. In elk van de beelden komt ook de Zeemeermin voor, het symbool van Waasmunster. Het geheel werd ingehuldigd op 18 november 1998 door Prins Laurent.
