Kaastyp(en) : Verse, zachte en harde kazen op basis van biologische koe- of geitenmelk
Sinds 2002 produceert de Kaasmakerij Counasse kazen op basis van biologische melk: zowel verse als harde of zachte kazen, met een witschimmelkorst of een gewassen korst. "Het is een waar plezier voor mij om de melk op te waarderen, die mijn broer Philippe op zijn boerderij produceert en die sinds 1974 biologisch is. Ik hou ervan in een korte cyclus te werken", verklaart Vincent Counasse. In 2014 lanceerde hij een gamma natuur en gekruide biologische geitenkazen.

Verkoop: ter plaatse, maandag, dinsdag en woensdag van 15 tot 18.30 u, en vrijdag van 16 tot 18.30 u, en in veel regionale winkels en op streekmarkten
