De binnenplaats en de bijgebouwen van dit belangrijke gebouw zijn verdwenen toen de nieuwe kerk gebouwd werd. Reeds genoemd in 1393 en zou toen bij de kathedraal van Luik horen. Van 1805 tot 1824 deed het dienst als Hotel van het Ourthekanaal, daarna van 1856 tot 1872 als gemeenteschool en in 1876 werd het een Koninklijk casino. Gedeeltelijk te bezichtigen. Tegenwoordig bevindt zich er een gastronomisch restaurant.
