Het natuurgebied ‘De Snepkensvijver’ in beheer van Natuurpunt is een door de wind uitgestoven duinpan en bestaat uit een centraal gelegen waterpartij met daaromheen moeras met gagelstruweel en drogere zandgronden.
Met wat geluk kan je tussen de bomen kennismaken met een bruine kikker of een heikikker. Informatie over de heikikker vind je op de infoborden aan de ingang van het natuurgebied De Snepkensvijver.
