De Boomgaard Namèche ligt ten zuiden van Charleroi, in de gemeente Gerpinnes, en is het laatste overblijfsel van een oude boomgaard die in de jaren veertig nog 55 ha besloeg. Het merendeel van de site bestaat uit een boscolonisatie van de oude boomgaard. Er zijn nog twee semi-open gebieden met hoogstam fruitbomen van oude rassen. Daarnaast is er recent een vijver gegraven. De flora herbergt verschillende interessante soorten voor de regio, waaronder drie soorten orchideeën. Deze omgeving vertoont ook een mooie biodiversiteit aan fauna (vogels, insectenfauna, ...). Sinds oktober 2013 heeft de Boomgaard Namèche de status van domein natuureservaat.
